101st Airborne 506th PIR, 2nd Battalion. Captain.
HELMET: WWII McCord Front Seam D-bale shell. M2 chinstraps with solid brass hardware. The OD paint, cork texture, 506th Spades & Captain rank were hand-painted & aged for a "Combat Worn" appearance. Steel pot is in good but used condition. (The new bales made of "Raw Steel" were properly spot welded on by Me.) Heat stamp is: 1131E
HELMET LINER: This is a CAPAC-Westinghouse liner and was restored as an "Westinghouse type" Airborne model using premium aged/weathered parts.
Original surplus drawstring helmet net, repro/aged 1st Aid Kit & scrim are all included.
