101st Airborne 506th PIR, 2nd Battalion, "E" Co.

HELMET: WWII McCord Front Seam D-bale shell. M2 chinstraps with solid brass hardware. The OD paint & cork texture, 506th spades were aged for a "Combat Worn" appearance. Steel pot is in good but used condition. (The new bales were properly spot welded on by Me.) Heat stamp is: 874E

HELMET LINER: This is an actual WWII Era Firestone liner. The liner has been restored using both original & premium aged/weathered parts. The liner was repainted and the aged/weathered drawstring helmet net is included.

Here's what are original parts on this helmet set:

-Sweatband HBT webbing & clips. (Very nice condition for its age.)
-Nape strap.
-Original center tie-string.
-The liners HBT interior webbing & washers are original.
-The A-yokes are made from USGI surplus webbing & original brass buckles.
