101st Airborne 506th PIR, 2nd Battalion, "E" Co.
HELMET: WWII McCord Front Seam D-bale shell. M2 chinstraps with solid brass hardware. The OD paint & cork texture, 506th spades were aged for a "Combat Worn" appearance. Steel pot is in good but used condition. (The new bales were properly spot welded on by Me.) Heat stamp is: 968D or 968E (the letter is hard to read.)
