Up for sale is a Replica WWII U.S. M1938 Tank Crew helmet. This appears to be a very good repro of the originals that were used in WWII. I have aged & weathered this Tanker to look like a true "Combat Worn" helmet. The real leather has been thoroughly weathered & distressed for an authentic appearance and includes an authentic manufacture ink stamp inside.
To complete this set is a WWII McCord front seam shell that has been restored with new texture & paint. I have hand paint the shoulder patch of the 3rd Armored Division the front, then aged & weathered to look like a "Combat Worn" helmet.
PLEASE READ!!!! This also includes original WWII Goggles with clear lenses, plus its original storage box. The Elastic straps are pretty well worn out, it works ok on the steel pot but will slide off the tanker helmet.
