WWII M-1 Helmet. U.S. Navy Beach Battalion. D-Day Normandy.
This an American made rear-seam helmet shell. New texture, OD paint, accurate chinstraps made with original hardware. The markings used by Navy Beach Battalions during the D-Day landings at Normandy were hand painted By Me, then aged & weathered for a "Combat Worn" appearance.
This helmet depicts a salty & discolored appearance from use during the D-Day landing at Normandy. The helmet had C-9 painted on the back, then covered over with USN as seen in the original pics provided.
These are absolutely ideal for your office, Man Cave or even better... your Jeep! Steel pot is in used but very nice condition.
