WWII 517th PRCT (Parachute Regimental Combat Team) Chinstraps.

-The chin cup section is made from high quality cotton webbing. (From Service of Supply.)

-The chinstrap section is Jmurrayinc1944's premium quality cotton webbing, best material available.

-Blackened 5/8" Friction Buckles. (New Old Stock aka original/authentic parts)

These were only used by the 517th PRCT who jumped from C-47's into Southern France 1944. These straps should only be used with early war Fixed bales or M2 D-bales. (Not recommended for Swivel bales). ALSO, these were "Never" an official Army specified item; it was made in field from various spare parts and whatever webbing was available.

Simple to install and fully adjustable.
